You know what else is lame? Artisans, who take photos of themselves with their artwork in the background. And then post them with titles like "The Plushie I Made".
As if their FACES were more important/interesting/awesome/beautiful than the stuff they made.

1. Linking to other deviations is very low. It makes others feel very bad and all.
2. Photography is a whole section in DA. Making photos is art too. Some are very good at it, and its really hard if you try
making photos with a big Canon camara. You should try it. People learn to make photos. Its art. Deal with it.

good putting links to other deviations in your description
while not first asking the maker if you can use it. I also
dont like it when people just run of with links to my deviations
and putting them somewhere while I dont know anything about it.
I would feel quite unappreciated and things when I see my deviation
in a link in such a description.

I agree with you on most of these, though there are some that I think is a bit of :\ #5 was an ID and ID's are really just to show who you are and you don't really have to make a big deal out of it. But if you do it without using it as an ID it's just stupid.
Colored manga scans are a kind of art, 'cause coloring is a part of the process of making visual art, really. I guess you could call it a collab where one of the parts probably doesn't know about it. It shouldn't be pushed out of art communities, as long as proper credits is given to the original author and you don't claim everything as your own, of course x)
But I think you could have skipped the part where you actually linked examples to other deviants deviations, because I think the message was clear enough with just the text. It feels as though you're attacking them and especially since most of them have deleted their deviations.
