you're pretty cool with faces: you grasp the character just fine. i guess you start with the face and put all your efforts in it. the outcome is nice, but looks like you get tired and do not care much about the rest anymore.
what i like here: the face, the torso and the pose. nice use of color - dark blue and brown make the perfect emotional background. you're very good with textures, as usual.
i'll tell you some things i've noticed, since you asked for critics)
i guess you shouldn't cut his legs like this. i'm sure they are fine-sculptured and worth seeing. i guess if you drew his feet and added some space to the left - it would benefit the picture a lot.
his left arm is not there. i respect you for choosing the difficult arm position though.
i'm affraid the butt is handing in the air. the effect is given by that white light line and the lines of his legs and the floor.
the shade behind his back is very thick and dark. the shade his legs are casting is barely visible. i'd make it darker.
(well, i guess now you realized that you didn't miss me all that much ^^)
nevertheless, you managed to draw the living, emotional and eye-candy image. i'm very glad to see you progress)

Babble as much as you wish : ) Thank you very much. I was planning on correcting this picture and now I can make it fuller. You are right with almost everything, because I think that his feet don't need to be here ^^ I think more vertical pics are more dynamic, or they need to be very horizontal. Silghtly horizontal are uhm heavy in my opinion.
In the beginning I always make the face half-nice, but even after drawing the rest, I constantly return to correct something in the face, and in the end it's the part I work always the hardest on. I must have it nice ^^
And the shadow behind his legs is so light, because I imagined there is light everywhere and legs are already in the open space, but true, it needs to be darker, definitely.

it's your picture and you have all holy and god-given rights to crop it anyway you like ; - ) but generally cropping has some rules and means a lot.
it doesn't look right when a person gets his leg or hand chopped for no reason. it'd make a sense if you were drawing a portrait. but you're doing a full-body, leaving some free space on the right and at the same time cropping his feet on the left...
good thing that you keep on working ) good luck )

I have a though skin : ) And I want to be better, what better way than to listen what other people think of my works? I may think something is good and nice, but in the eyes of others it may totally bleh. It doesn't mean I immediately change my mind, but it's nice to be aware of many things.
And now you reason it like that he really should have those feet. Yes, I could as well crop the right side to give the room to it. But so lazy right now... It was going to be just sketch, never expected any critique ^.^ But thankful eternally for it. Cropping is indeed very important : )
