Description
This piece was composed of 8 rings (12 pieces per ring) of Birdseye Maple and Black Walnut for a total of 96 pieces. I was still pretty much learning the ropes of making segmented vases with this piece, so it's a small one. I chickened out and finished the vase before something bad happened rather than making this one tall enough, so it's not well proportioned.
