Really shouldn't need to clarify that it isn't a ship.Β After everything those two have gone through together, there's no way they wouldn't be closer than even best friends.
I mean Frisk literally defied reality in order to offer Asriel forgiveness and closure as well as to save everyone else.Β In return Asriel did for Frisk what couldn't have been done otherwise without someone dying. Broke the barrier.
