Hey, it's my first deviation in well over a month. I gotta tell ya...I am SO out of practice it's ridiculous. This took me so very, very long to do. However, I am pleased with the results. This is Dohwa Baik from the manwha King of Hell by Ra In-Soo and Kim Jae-Hwan.Ink and Pencil Drawing

Thank you. I really do like the series so far, they're just taking their sweet time releasing them in America. I'm only on the 13th volume of the tokyopop releases. I'm surprised the show hasn't seen some kind of animated release yet. It seems like a prime target for an excellent show.

I know, I'm so frustrated--it's such a great series! It's like a cross between DBZ/Yugioh/Bleach and Naruto (y'know, cuz of the ninjas and all that...lol) XD All those mangas were animated, so wouldn't KOH be first choice for Korean animation? Apparently not!

Damn i think this is better then how she apears in the manga dude you realy should concider a creer in art with skills like this there is no chance in hell that you wont find work, lol the "Hell" pun

Thank you. This may sound kinda silly, but nobody at school really asks about it. I personally am very interested in seeing other people's work, but that sentiment doesn't seem to run rampant throughout the student body. On the other hand I don't really want to shove my sketchbook in someone's face and demand an opinion. Anywho, I'm ranting now...Thanks again.

I like all the detail in this picture. It really makes it stand out, and the preportions are pretty good, (at least compared to mine XD)

I'm suprised it's not more well known either. A friend introduced it to me a couple years back and I've been hooked on the story and the art ever since.

Did you also happen to check out the Warcraft Sunwell Trilogy? It's drawn by Kim Jae Hwan as well. I'm not a fan of warcraft but the art is top-notch.

If this is you out of practice...dang. That's great- the details are amazing. It's eye catching the moment it comes up.
The hair and the clothes are probably my favorite parts of this picture- they're both done so beautifully. (Everything's amazing, but those are the two features that stand out to me).
