Description Just one more fold and... done.

The origami flower is tossed aside as soon as it's completed. She doesn't bother to look over her work; this flower isn't any different than any of the other countless blossoms that surround her. She reaches for another piece of paper to begin the next one only to find that she's run out. Her dull blue eyes flicker over to where her hand rests, where a decent stack of plain white paper had once been.

She wonders briefly how long she had been hidden away in her attic room. Long enough for her CD to have stopped at least. Her mind at been elsewhere almost the entire time so she wasn't sure how long it had been off.

She lays back with a soft sigh. Her platinum hair fans out around her, mingling with the army of paper flowers she had mindlessly created. Sunlight filtered through the only entrance into the room, a large stained glass window, and dyed the flower field in a variety of colors. It would have been a beautiful sight if it wasn't such a sad one.

Her companion coos softly in the background. She's tried everything she can think of to help, but nothing seems to reach her in her dark despair. She has fled too deep within her own world to see the light.

"Dreams don't count when you say together forever..."
