I like the fluidity and the concept, it's way too bright for a background well, for me but it looks awesome really I hope I can learn how to do something similar and incorporate it; I haven't seen something like this in a while, a nice cool refreshment to my eyes ^.^ The ice does look a little bit grainy, but I bet it was smoother in it's original size; Good luck from a fellow beginner.

Gorgeous tangling of snow crystals.
I love the freshness of it.

I just randomly came across your name, and decided to click it to your page, seeming as I'm a major fan of abstract.
This is a prime choice for your featured deviation, as it attracts almost anyones eye, and pulling them in to look at the rest of your gallery. I read in one of the posts that you used Bryce5 for this, and I, perosnally, have never tried it, but this piece has definately inspired me to
Do you also use Bryce for your other abstractions? If so, then magnificant, more inspiration to learn the program.
Now to the piece itself.
+Outstanding Quality
+Awesome Lighting
+Creative Shape
+Great Placement Upon The page Itself (Really getting tired of centered creations)
I have nothing negative to say about this, and I normally always have something negative to say
Congradulations on this, and I will be sure to check out the rest of your gallery when the time provides. Until then, I'm going to watch you closely.

not the renderer's fault, it was the image compression that did it. i've been meaning to resubmit, i just dont want it to go to everone's inbox again i really hate that. it looks great on my screen though.

well when it was first made it was intended to be a landscape design program.
however a new age of abstract artists started to use the the textures and shapes to render abstract designs.

Well once you learn how to use lighting and textures it is all left up to your imagination.
