No, there are 2 kinds of results, first they tell your rank (mine is 1700 out of 250,000 students) then you choose your university, and THEN they tell you whether you're allowed to go where you want or not (it's more complicated than that, actually) well, I got the first, my rank, and I think it could be a LOT better if I was a bit more competitive and less lazy...(but it's still good, though, I know only 1 person around me who did better than me!)
