Yes, this is the same fighter, but atmospheric engines wouldn't work in the vacuum. My solution: detachable Fusion Engines on pylons.

I went with a Babylon 5 scheme in that the engines are actually omnidirectional. Specifically, there are two nozzles for each engine pod (front and back) with a set of eight chemical thrusters for maneuvering.

It's basically a quick add on to the fighter's main design and enables it to maneuver quickly and efficiently.
