i love the texture and the contrasting colors, or lack there-of.... It make me feel despair, i don't know why though.

It reveals sorrow and longing. The black areas seem to flow over the painting like a moving mouth, spread wide open to scream. Excellent painting!

This gave me the shivers. When I look at it, it could mean so many things in my eyes. And I love that. I love how each time I look at it, it has a different meaning to me. Excellent work, Matt! !

This painting makes me feel like I'm lost in a winter forest, and there is nothing but darkness beyond where i am. It's cold and lonely, and the only comfort is standing still.
