Yes, he doesn't really know what he's doing, but somehow, and in spite of that, still manages to keep up with all of the other confident racers.
Also, every cell in his adorable little bear body is screaming to get the heck out of there because of the dangerous cart warfare that's going on around him. But he has no choice but to race for his planet. Otherwise, it'll risk turning into a concrete parking lot and he, as well as all of his friends, will become Oxide's slaves!!
