I'm sure they wouldn't as long as its marked adult. I've seen it done many times, on art much racier than this, and I could show you links if you like (alternatively, were you so inclined, you could look around, they aren't too hard to find). However, its your art, your choice, merely putting in a request.

There are so many artists were banned for this. I have no idea how deviantART make ban decisions, but some artists have true porn in their galleries, and some other are banned for just erotic pictures, which are really art.
There is a way some artists go: posting censured pictures at deviantART, and giving links to uncensured versions in their blogs or something. I think, I'll do the same.

Oy... that game is insanely hard. I gave up in frustration on the floating ball and blob scene where you have to go back and forth. Just too far to start back each time.
