"You are seared onto my hearts, Amelia Pond. You always will be. I’m running to you…before you fade from me." -The Doctor.Eleven and his Amy. Alternate title: “Across the Universe,” because the style and color scheme are inspired by the movie of the same title (which is quite possibly my favorite thing in the history of ever.) Painted with watercolor, colored pencil, paint-pen, pencil, and a bit of digital editing.

Amy was the child he left behind, the Tardis found her for him, found them all. Amy and Rory and River became his family, to make up for those lost on Gallifrey. This is perfect, every line!

Well, I guess it depends on what you mean by love. I always thought of Amy being like The Doctor's little sister. He may not had romantic feelings for her but she was very precious to him and loved her dearly, he would do anything to comfort and protect her. With River, he had some romantic feelings for her but he'd never love her as much as he loved Amy and Rory and she'd never have the place in his hearts that Amy and Rory had. The only person (in the new series anyway) that The Doctor loved or was precious to him as Amy and Rory was Rose; with Rose there were romantic undertones between them but that wasn't what made their relationship so special.
