And... my first walfas tutorial. But more focused on the special effects that I used in my walfas comics and animations.Maybe it was necessary for you or not... Ignore those last two fillers if you want to.
Also, almost of the young boys/shotas in my works wore shorts and thigh-high socks. It is one of my author appeal, so yeah...

As far as I can tell, motion blur in Paint.Net works the same as shown here.
And it looks like it turned out well (b^.^)b I hope to see some more effects tutorials.
