This is my character Maya. She's probably my second fave (behind Adi of course) of my characters, and she's one of the characters that will be in my comic. This is this first time I've ever colored a pic of her, so I hope she came out alright. I think she did :3

Anyway, if you tried reading my comic the first time I posted it on my old account, you'd know that in the land where Adi lives, it's split up into different tribes. The tribes are based upon the abilities that a fox there may possess. For instance, Aidan has fire abilities, therefore he belongs to a fire tribe. There are usually two tribes to an ability, and are called so depending on their location. So, for example, there's a North and South Fire Tribe. The tribes are Fire, Electricity, Water, Ice, Nature, Psychic, and Earth. Then there's the Mainland where foxes with no abilities (like Adi) live. It's in the center of all the tribes.

Tribes are run by chiefs or chieftress' and they are considered the rulers of their tribe (land area) so they are bascially royalty. Maya here is the daughter of the Western Nature Tribe Chief, and therefore is a princess. Being a part of this tribe, means that she possesses the ability to bring plants to life and use them for defence if she needed to. (the Earth tribe uses the ground and rocks.) Nature foxes do not cause harm and are extremely peaceful. They are known to meditate all day and use the land around them as their homes. They do not harm plants either, and are known to be extremely talented gardners. Maya is considered an angelic princess to those in her kingdom, because she is so serene and pure. That amulet she has around her neck is a symbol of royalty. Every tribe has their own symbol, and the royal's wear a pendant of it around their neck to signify their importance.

I think I'll post a pic of what my chara Aquarius looks like, she's Adi's rival and she's the princess of the Northern Water Tribe.
