well i've got loads of animations, just waiting for uploading,
My website is gonna be up soon, i'll direct everybody there.

And the Hardware, well Just got my system Upgraded!
and here it is:

3D Card ELSA Nvidia QUADRO FX1000 256MB DDR Ram
Dual Display 21" Flat Viewsonic Display.
120 GBx2 SATA HardDrives [1 Media Drive | 1 Data Drive]

but with POWER like this comes Greater responsibilities!!!!
Need to deliver some heavy projects in a VERY strict deadline!!

Hey I dunno if you've read my question on your homepage but I'll ask again in here.

Was wondering which card would be more powerful. Between the nVidia GeForce 6800 Ultra or the nVidia Quadro FX 4000? I'm guessing the quadro since it's for professional workstation use but on the other hand, could it render games as well as the geforce?

Also... which board manafacturer would be best to go for?

Hi there,

Sorry for delayed reply, but i was a lil' busy..
Well the Quadro is certainly the monster here.
Its quite powerful, and for utter professional work, and It sure
can render games better then the Geforce series, but you know the price difference between the two??
If you are a hardcore gamer, and you dont have anything to do with MMAC or DCC (digital content creation) then its pointless to go for the Quadro. If you deal with both i.e 3D/2D applications and games (and you have a lot of cash then i'd
suggest the Quadro FX 1000/4000. But for pure gaming pleasure The Geforce 6800 Ultra is PERFECT! you wont have
ANY issues running ANY game..

As for the Board manufacturer:
- Elsa *
- Leadtek
- MSI
- ASUS
- Tyan


* this is my favourite, thou the most expensive but very reliable!

Now how do you think the cheaper ATI FireGL X2-256t compare to the Quadros?
