Description
Difficult category choice on this one: its obviously not an unedited piece, but all the editing is purely compositional; absolutely no color alteration, contrast or level fixing, or otherwise. Just 9 photos - comprising 2 separate compositions - stitched together in photoshop, placed next to each other, and given a boarder.Both pieces taken on the same (last) night, only a few minutes from each other.

Sorry it's been such a long time... I've been very perplexed by this one. I've stopped and watched it for an age, many times. I just can't work it out.
It looks absolutely fantastic, the strong colours that the rest of your work is full of stand out even more so with these shots. The perfectly edged silhoettes look amazing against the stark and bright background, I don't understand how you get them so crisp like you do.
It reminds me of a spine I think, the backbone of the world... The ground, the land we live on, with the nature we strive to save, and yet can't live without destroying.

Believe me, it's question of training.
But I understand that sometimes it might be deadly. Especially just in the beginnning of summerime it's necessary to wake up before 4 AM to catch the dawn.

wonderful and most intriguing composition piece.
At first I thought it was purely a true reflection but then I looked closer and it caught my eye to figure out why it wasn't one... which was a great piece because while we may think that it's a reflection the fact that it truely isn't and the subtle differences will catch the audience's eye. Wonderful shots... and as usual your photo skills with light are amazing. <3 I love the soft painted look it has.

Nice composition Ben, it really worked out well. I like that most of your pieces are uneditied it really is a gift you have in capturing the beauty of such images w/o having to correct or edit a thing
