Eah, the Tom Cruise of Resident Evil comes back again to kill zombies.
There was time since I don't rig anything O.ò, I had problems with this one and his shoulders, they have very few vertices so I don't manage to make rig them properly >.< , I have attached a couple of extra bones to try help, but the poseability, it's not one of the best O.ò
Ahm, I also had problems with the hair, I didn't archieve to extract the hair with transparencies, (the transparent faces of the mesh where missing) so I used the standard hair, it doen't have transparencies and is more low poly. But at least it have the correct long and shape. (by the way, even if I had managed to obtain the full hair mesh, I neither have the alpha channel of the textures :S ).
But anyway, if you like it, enjoy it XD.

Estuve re-jugando RE- Outbreak (por fin me funciona el modo online) Pero también he visto el elenco ya compartido varias veces (tanto sus modelos in-game como los de las cinemáticas), no creo que vaya a ponerme a relanzarlos una vez más por el momento. O_ò

Pero me sigue faltando el polígono.
Hay varios modelos, por ejemplo aqui con Kevin, está el normal del juego, y uno HD (no sé cuando se usa, las escenas creo que son prerenderizadas).
En cualquier caso, el modelo de juego, tiene el pelo más completo aunque más cutre (el que use en este modelo), pero no usa transparencias. El pelo del modelo HD, sí usa transparencias, pero el polígono del pelo, está incompleto, esas caras que deberían tener transparencias, están borradas en el modelo que importo.
Las transparencias de las texturas es una de las piezas que me faltan, pero aún me queda por solventar la otra O.ò (Y con Kevin lo pasé, pero ahora con Alysa, cuyo modelo de juego también tiene transparencias @_@, me veo ripeando... XD).

Oh man I loved Outbreak! That was my first real online gaming addiction, I was on that every minute I could spare. Of course it was only File 2 cause over here the first one was offline but I really hoped to see it re-released in a HD set when I first saw RE4 and Code:Veronica getting ported. Sadly it was not to be.
I have a few Outbreak models but no-one seems to port older models, they get all blah blah about low polys and huff about textures without any love for the games. I loved the retro style alt skins in RE6 and want all the older models for nostalgia. Besides textures can be modded to give them a spruce up.

I loved those games, they really made me feel the dispair of being in a chaotic city *.* It's a pity that the multiplayer connections were not so popular in that age.

If only they remade them with their current graphics technology and RE6 controls(minus the fancy-shmancy hand-to-hand combat bullshit, and 999,999,999 QTE's!). The only downside is that it likely wouldn't sell enough copies for Capcom to consider it profitable.

They will require their time, (they are static and need be rigged @_@) But I expect that this Kevin won't be the last neither. O.ò

It's a pity that the other costumes, Kevin B and Kevin C, don't have HD model, so their textures are 256 instead of the 512... But anyway, at least with this head already rigged, I think some work can be saved in modding O.ò

I wouldn't say they are plans for close future. (also have some RE4 characters waiting, other Alberts unfinished, more Chris fans mods half maded, search the hood for the unfinished Sherry casual... @_@) I also liked RE: O so in a moment I will try add the cast also in my gallery (with their standard outfits at least), but as they need to be rigged, they may delay more. O.ò I wouldn't know to say for when @_@

I heard that there are fans developing a project to build an online server: obsrv.org/index.php
The server is playable but it is on close beta at the moment doing tests and such, however, for the moment only works with the Japanesse version of RE
Just touch wood and wish them luck to acomplish the project :3
