This is a 1/4 detail of a large poster from a comic I've been developing [a lot longer than I hope to ever be forced to admit]: MYOPIA

Wihe (23yo), Okoth (7yo), Ar and La (about 5yo): orphans raised at a combination orphanage/warehouse/martial arts gym in the Sylvan ravine. Ar and La are leapers (as is the partly visible naked man), while the others are from the so-called trog clan. Wihe is a student of psychic healing arts, but she is also a capable fighter, combining her knowledge of anatomy with her martial training to make herself a more formidable opponent. Okoth is sick with a psychic disorder.
Ar and La are riding a giant spider, which trogs have domesticated for their silk and eggs.

The story really kicks off when Wihe brings something mysterious from the wastes beyond the ravine back to the orphanage.

I'll share another part of the poster tomorrow, and if people are interested I'll tell quite a bit more about the story.
