Gender: Female, she/her pronouns

Personality: Orabel's personality, to most, feels like sandpaper. She is quite abrasive and doesn't get along well with others, unless you have something she wants. She always looks annoyed, and she usually is. She is manipulative, rude, pessimistic, untrustworthy...And surprisingly compassionate if you can tug on her heartstrings. Earn her trust and become her friend and you'll have a loyal companion for a lifetime.

Limits: Orabel is married in her storyline, and she wouldn't have forgotten that after entering NeerFahr. She won't be romantically involved with anyone but flirting and romantic advances always make for interesting interactions so feel free to include her that way if you'd like! If you're not sure about putting her in a situation, just shoot me a message and we can talk!

One other thing worth noting is that Orabel is sensitive to dry/arid conditions. Being a mermaid, it's best for her to keep more hydrated and moisturized than your average human, so she would be relatively uncomfortable in a hot and dry area (hot & humid is just fine though)

Other: While Orabel was born a Leviathan, her powers are much diminished, and this happened before she fell into the world of NeerFahr. Her true shape was sealed away after a harrowing ordeal with a powerful witch, and a set of runes on her back mark her curse. Perhaps you can be a helping hand in lifting this curse for her?

-> Can breathe underwater in her mermaid form

-> Mermaid rules don't apply to her (i.e. she doesn't automatically shapeshift if she gets wet). She can shift freely between mermaid and humanoid forms as she likes

-> Non-shifting abilities include enhanced strength, heightened sense of smell and hearing, and "waterbending" for lack of a better term

-> In case it isn't clear (and because I didn't make note of it like I planned to), Orabel's hands and feet are webbed.

-> Being made from a part of her own body, and given a strong relationship with a few magic users, Orabel has enchanted her fish hook with a "called" spell. This is basically the same rules as Thor's hammer or Kratos's Axe. Only she can call the weapon to her hand, and if anyone besides Orabel tries to pick it up, it would be immensely cumbersome to lift and use (not impossible though). When she calls it, markings light up on the body of the hook, and it picks itself up and flies to her hand no matter where it is.
