You know some people were weirded out by how you can actually see Young All Might's eyes but if you think about it works.
Here he's like a 'wide eyed' youth in a manner of speaking.
He's got the power but he's very optimistic and hopeful, perhaps even a bit naive. The she he gets later in life is almost representative of how he's lost a lot of that wide eyed innocence over time but still retains that spark of the optimistic young man he was that persists through the darkness when we see his baby blue's shine through his shadowed eyes.
