im sorry, apologies for my ignorance, but how can i make my XP like this? im completely clueless and google doesnt answer my questions. please help. i would love to have this theme.

This is a cool theme, but WindowBlinds only changed my toolbars, my start menu, and simple stuff like that. My icons didn't change, and the RK Launcher skin files were things that I didn't know how to open. HELP ME!!!!!

You will need WindowBlinds by Stardock. You can get it from stardock.com but it isn't free.

Why dont you made a Windows Visual Style instead of a WindowBlinds-File? I have no money to buy a licence of WindowBlinds. Do you get money from Stardock for your themes? If not, why you made styles for them?
