Hey there!
Your work is most definitely getting better and better. I wanted to comment on your traditional pieces because they're so awesome, but I remembered that you've been working on improving digitally, so here I am.
You did a great job with the faces here and the details in the clothing are really great. Overall I would say the most improvement would come from adding a little texture to the skin as well as some other, subtle colors to the shadows (usually blues and purples work pretty well. If you're interested in a great tutorial on skin tone, I would check out ~navate 's page, because she covers all the different approaches to highlights, shadows, midtones, etc. and a range of skin colors.)
I think my favorite part of this pictures is how beautiful the eyes are here--they're very expressive and you can really tell how much these two love each other!
Keep up the great work--you're improving so fast that pretty soon I feel like I won't be able to give you and advice at all.
