Omg. So. Story. 
Apparently after shipping 20 or so hats the exact same way this year, USPS decided to disagree with the fact that my envelope was an envelope >.> They sent my package back requiring more shipping, and I didn't get it until after the post office was closed yesterday.
I will be reshipping your package either Tuesday or Wednesday, we're down into temps cold enough that they kill my car and they aren't coming back up again until midweek (low of -28 tonight, we're at -6 right now).

I am so sorry about this! OTL I promise your hat will arrive soon!

Finally got out today, Polar Vortex was crazy and we were below 0 for almost the last week TT.TT It is safely on its way and should arrive either Saturday or Monday (Tuesday at the latest)!
