I thought I lost this picture and just rediscovered it in a folder were it definitely didn't belong...must have been there for over a year. Well, might be time for a little spring cleaning on my computer.
Talking of spring cleaning: Looks like the beavers living around Eichstätt thought the same about some trees along the Altmühl. This one particularly caught my eye while taking a walk, because it was not only fresh (from the night before I guess) but also had this amazing texture, which still fascinates me.
