I had a day off today, so I thought I'd play around with a design for a portfolio. I've been meaning to do this for a while, I just couldn't find the time or inspiration until today, turns out it only took a few hours! I've tried to keep it simple, but i'm afraid it may be a little bit to simple, what do you guys think?

The logo was inspired (heavily) by one of *arpad 's logos. The logo is just a placeholder really, until I can come up with something that's 100% mine. Although I will keep the colours and the relective orb theme

If I keep this as the final design for the portfolio it will most likely be completely or partly Flash. Now i've just got to make some stuff to put in it.

Update:

I've added a few things because I felt that the design was too too simplistic, so i've added some subtle gradients, some information about the selected piece as well as some other bits.
