Ha yes, definetly a fav on this one.
It reminds me a bit of the style of Larry Rivers, my favorit american artist, with the strong balanced colours and geometrical composition. Very strong and very beautifull indeed

It's rather funny, that most americans I speak don't know of him (even the director of my university course who happens to be american), but seem to like his works when I show them.
I first met Rivers works last year while I was doing a work on pop-art.

Interesting. Not my taste in art, really, but intriguing nonetheless. Only pop artist I ever liked was Roy Lichtenstein.

Well the thing about Larry is that he isn't pure pop art, but rather an halfway between abstract and figurativism, and pop-art with expressionism.
Plus the guy made picks of camel cigar packets. How cool is that compared to can of soups
