Very nice, though I have to ask what colour is the uniform. The difference between E5 and E6 seems not very recognizable from greater distance on the black background. I run into similar problem with some of my rank systems. Should the uniform be in some bright color, that would not be a problem, but on a dark one, espetially black one, it may lead to confusion. Just saying
Also I don't know why but somehow organizing the ranks from left to right seems strange to me. Just habit, I think
Despite these notes, I really like the system, and especially the cross-slash which makes it stand out of ordinary.
