No I have not unfortunately, I'm really only seeing the agency for the first time now...like..yea.

I really like any kind of tickling, though foot tickling is my fav.

This issue was written as a standalone story and introduces the character Miss Rachel Ghost.  It's a long issue and since it's older only costs $6.95.  Good foot tickling scene in there.

The Agencies #7

This one is the first of many in that comic series, it's where the ongoing story starts.  It's a fan favorite issue!  It features all-over tickling, including feet.

The Cyriaan Chronicles #6

supplied the art for this one, and it's fantastic.  He loves feet and damsels in distress themes, and it suits this story well.  If you like this one, check out its sequel in The Cyriaan Chronicles #7.

The Hunted #1

If you like sci-fi, this is the series for you!  Beautifully crafted CG artwork in a deeply involved sci-fi setting.  All foot tickling with this one, and the legendary supplied the artwork.

While I have many more suggestions, this is a good first start!
