So I finally got my corticosteroid shot for my wrist last week and I am testing the waters of what I am able to do again. Saw bovidaeloony do the cute unicorn tutorial and I thought that was a good place to start, just a little warmup. Looks like we are getting into clear waters <3 There is still some tension along my thumb down to the wrist, this wasn't a cure all, but my de quervain's tenosynovitis is now at a more manageable level. I'll do some more of those badge tutorials as warmups over the next couple of weeks to ease myself into it again <3
