Description
This brutish-looking feline is the antithesis to my character, Simon the Snow Leopard.

Defying the whole "calicoes are almost always female" thing, Calvin had been humiliated since his kitten-hood due to his fur color. Cats would point him out and say things like, "Look! There's the girl who was born a boy!" or "Hey, look at that! It's a freak!" Being an orphan didn't help much, either. No one wanted to adopt him, and almost no one wanted to be his friends. Those few who did become friends with him were adopted early on, leaving Calvin alone. This, as you can imagine, left emotional scars on his heart, leading him to fall on the wrong side of the law on more than one occasion. He soon came in contact with a black market gang who saw potential in him. They had him undergo an illegal medical procedure that increased his musculature to the point where he gained Hulk-level strength. For a time, he served as their muscle, then the law caught up with them, and those who weren't arrested scattered. Calvin was among those who escaped. Eventually, he came to the hometown of a certain snow leopard, who had by then started his career as a superhero. From that moment on, Calvin became a constant thorn in Simon's side.
