Following the design down the mid-line is pretty good, elegant and revealing, some of that is lost with the puffy shoulders, man I don't like to point things out like that but I think the design would flow much better if you continued aiming for elegance. The patterning on the shirt is a nice touch It keeps the interest around that area.
