I just make sure to have a few that don't need to be altered for facebook.

'Tis a challenge. I either use (rare) shots which are full silhouettes, or deliberately angled not to show anything.
Though i had to admit to defeat with a couple of models & put purple bars covering the 'naughty bits'

Full silhouettes are nice but I'd get bored using them all the time, so mostly it's cropped pictures for me!

I wanted to make it obvious
I do try to take a variety of shots & angles (revealing/non-revealing/playful/etc), but i just go on instinct shot-wise in the moment, then see which ones turn out the best.
