Harmony is like waterIt gives life to miriads of things and does not strive.
It flows in places that others disdain,
Where it is in peace with the Way.
When Man left Nature he became confused
Knowledge and skill begun to reign,
Love became a constraint and Truth a lie
Conflicts are the order,
Compromises are the mankind way
So the sage:
Lives close to the land,
Meditates deep in the heart,
Gives with impartiality,
Speaks the Truth
Crafts with ability
Acts at the proper time
He does not contend, thus cannot be contended
