A very green wallpaper I made of Kousuke Asazuki from Spiral ~Suiri no Kizuna~. He's by far my favorite character in the series.
Revel in the greenness of this wallpaper.The background is a screenshot I took from the gallery on the first DVD, then enlarged it and added a blurring effect to it. The side image is from a page of the Spiral 2004 (I think .-.; ) calendar. 'Twas much fun editing out Rio and the beige-ish background. >.o
I think the background stands out more than the foreground image. .__.; Everytime I turn on my computer, the first thing I see is Kousuke's eye glaring at me. xD

Just outta curiosity, where did you get the Spiral calendar? I got a 2006 Spiral Calendar, but I had to bug my Uncle to get it for me from Japan.

Forgive the incredibly late answer, but I haven't been around for a while for.. reasons.
I don't actually own the calendar (I have a Hellsing one though..mm, Hellsing..). I found the calendar images on a site that I no longer think exists. Edited out the background and took a screencap I did and made everything delightfully green.
I should start making wallpapers again; miss doing that..
