Description
This is Commissar Rel's char sheet. As you see: No char. I can't draw faces or proper anatomy, so thanks to my good friend who hosts the tournament, I'm going to have a rough estimation on what he looks like.By what I've just given here in the sketch, I've pretty much told you everything you need to know about what he carries and the like. I added a few more things to the initial sketch, but they were small, like grenades and a Falcom, PUNCH!! but meh. . .

FEW THINGS UNMENTIONED:

1: He has a scar where his left eye was, a gash that goes from his cheek to just over the left eyebrow at a 45* angle.

2: His cap and coat are the same as in his Model Picture that I posted: [link]

3: He carries that book on his belt as well from the above image. Prayer book/Combat book.

4: He is pretty built / skinny at the same time. No bulging muscles on this guy.
