It's been a while since I did just a plain vector for leisure. I had this have done for ages but never got to finishing it. I opened it today and decided to make it PINK! Quite simply, because pink is the best colour in the world.No mess. No fuss. Woman in pink on white.

Overall, I think the hair is the weakest point. The shape is a little too perfect for my liking (I know you're not going for realism here, but a couple little fly-aways wouldn't hurt.) and the highlights are so choppy, especially when compared to the beautiful, smooth lines in the rest of the piece.
That said, this is a stunning example of negative space. Her eyes and lips are fantastic. And of course, I love the colour.

Nice choice of colors, her left arm seems a little flimsy though.
Other than that I think simple vectors are the best, shows more talent.

the vectors look good, the only thing i have to say is that the white background doesn't work in this image.
and if you like pink so much, you've could use a stronger pink! this one is a litle weak, it almost disapears with the white backgorund.
but it's just my opinion.

I think the complexity of the hair is a good focal point, it draws the eyes up to the face (I love how you did the lashes) although I like the simplicity of the dress, but it somehow works.... now mebbe fading the skirt out a bit more from the bottom, or like something at the hem to balance? It looks kinda topheavy, but then again, that's pleasant in its own way.

1 thing tho, i dun think adding a couple of shades would hurt. it can still be minimalistic. but then again it's just me.
