It had been days since Susan told Sam about how her relationship ended with Justin, but something didn't sit right with her. Rain poured down onto the sidewalk, as Sam took a deep breath and knocked on his apartment door. Moments passed, and Justin opened the door, slightly shocked to see her.

"Hey Sam! Come in, it looks pretty brutal out there!" He exclaimed, as she walked in.

The two of them sat in the living room, and Sam looked around the room, noticing an open closet, with what seemed to be gems and jewelry stashed inside.

"So, I heard what happened with you and Susan..." She started, looking him in his dark eyes.

"We sadly had to break up."

"She told me you cheated on her, and that you're still trying to contact her."

"I made a mistake, and I'm ready to mend the fences with her. Is that why you're here? To lecture me?"

"Well, I also heard that there was a robbery around here a couple nights ago, and I wanted to make sure you were alright."

"Oh, the one down the block? The guy got out pretty clean."

"How could you know that so fast? Even with being on the police department, the evidence couldn't have come out so quickly..."

"That's because I did it sweetheart. I even got the security codes to the place...poor saps..."

"You're an idiot."

"But if you even try to blab to anyone about this, I'll tell everyone about all your friends' little secrets, and you'll become much busier heroines..."

"You wouldn't..."

"Trust me, I will. Also, don't try bring me in as Static, because all of New York still remembers you as a criminal, and why would the police believe you over one of their finest officers?"

"You asshole..." She muttered, making a fist with her dominant hand.

"What are you going to do, hit me? I'll charge you for assaulting a police officer, and you'll go away for a very long time..." He sneered, wearing a sly smile.

"You're forgetting about one, small detail though..." She said with a grin.

"What's that?"

Sam got up slowly and twisted Justin's arm behind his back and bent a steel serving spoon tightly around his wrists.

"Citizen's arrest." She smiled, making a call to the police department.
