I love the way this turned out and that this man didn't mind me taking a picture of him...he was so nice. He told me my Japanese was awesome when I had only said one word(a common thing for Japanese to do to foreigners) but I really can't speak very well at all.Anyway, I love the perspective. I love Itakura.

I like the guy in the picture. He looks kind of tired but also content... ya know? And that's a really cool perspective, as you and others have already pointed out. I just wanted to put in my two cents on the subject. Anyway, I really like this picture as well. It's very well done.

He was like an energetic little boy, sort of like a wind up toy that only has to be turned a couple turns (in my case one Japanese word) and he just went on and on...it was so cute. Like you!

It was in Itakura...north of Tokyo...its so pretty.
I'll check out Zelda...I want more multiplayer games with Christina and stuff so we'll see about that game...right now I'm trying to save and teach my kid Japanese(got a tutoring job) etc.

I'm all right. Actually, to be honest, these last few days have been pretty terrible, but that's life. ^^
And we'd talk more often if you got on something other than Skype

It's ok. Skype has chat too, but I'll try to get on Yahoo too...weekends that I'm not busy are easiest for me because during the weekdays I'm basically only on at night, which is the weez of the morning for you peeps. But during the weekend I'm on in the mornings to update my website etc. and that would be when you guys are on Yahoo normally.
I do miss Tennessee though, and all that goes with it...maybe save the drama...I hope whatever drama thou speakest of is not too bad. I always hated the drama lol. You should email me sometime or I'll try to get on Yahoo and talk to you about how things have been! Thanks for commenting! It's so nice to hear how you are doing, even if its not the best of times.

Haha, it's just my own drama really, nothing that concerns "the group" or anything. But no, things are pretty much the same as usual around here. Just school and work (lots of work for me thanks to the car. Vrooom). Although I kinda miss the old Friday get-togethers. I'm getting rusty at SSBM since that was the only time I would play 
What do you plan on doing when you get back here anyway? Aren't you technically supposed to take your last 30 hours or something at UT? Or is there a loophole if you study abroad?

Yeah, I just have 3 classes left that I can finish here, and then all I have to do is graduate one semester late(I'm sure they have a form or something that says you've graduated in the meantime) so I'll walk in the winter term of 2008. It's not that bad. But yeah if you study abroad, then you can finish your last 30 hours abroad. It's an interesting loophole. I just want my really expensive piece of paper. T_T

Sweet! You got a really good perspective on this (: Most people think its easy to shoot railways, but if you get it at the wrong angle, it really sucks lol.
I love the whole inside looking out view and the framing of the window.
That was nice of the man letting you include him in the shot, I think without him the overall picture would have lacked a sense of reality.
Anyway, I've rambled on enough.

Thank you so much for your encouraging words! Yeah, I think he was too tired to care, though when I talked to him, he seemed to get into conversation enough. Most people ride these commuter express trains daily going to their businesses in Tokyo and that leaves them being bored most of the time. In addition to it not being my first time, I had a DS and 6 friends who also had Mario Kart. Needless to say we weren't bored.
