The surgeons informed me Ruby was in the filling up and shaping stage so I went to see her. I will detail here how the gigantic boobs are made.

Those gigantic boobies Gabriella, Stéphanie and now Ruby have, aren’t common implants. They are natural; flesh, blood and fat. So how do they do it?

First the medical staff take samples from the candidate’s tissues; blood samples, breast tissues samples and also spinal cord liquid sample. With that stuff they make some genetic engineer so after some weeks the medical team can grow the same mammary tissue the candidate has. After several months of tissue growing the doctors have around four or five kilos in the lab; is like a bloody and soft flesh mass. Also during that period of time the candidate is treated with skin stretching lotions and hormones so her breast skin and nipples are elastic enough to accommodate that amount of new flesh.

Then the second stage starts; the surgeons inject the grown mammary tissue in the candidate boobs, between three and five kilos in each tit. They also shape the boobs and after all those procedures the candidate and the doctors wait for a couple of weeks checking every day the boobs to see if there is rejection.

After those weeks the hormone treatment starts. The doctors prepare an hormone mix which can replicate the natural breast development during the adolescence and pregnancy so the boobs start to grow. The cultivated mammary tissue also is altered to react strongly with these hormones so the boobs start to grow, a lot. All this procedure needs several stages, the doctors inject the hormone little by little so they can monitor everything and keep shaping the boobs shape and symmetry.

In the pic you can see Ruby with one of her boobs already treated by the hormone therapy and the other still untreated. She is sedated because the growing procedure is really painful for the girls so the doctors keep them slept during the procedure.

Finally after the hormone injection and boobs shaping the girls need some weeks of rest due to the pain and discomfort.
