My latest full color commission, another badass character for Lumavah .I am so happy with this one. And all it took was watching the movies The Blind Side, Land of the Lost, and Anchorman (and several episodes of The Simpsons in between).
All in all at least 15 hours of sketching, linearting, coloring, and eventually shading and effects. I still can't quite get those lightbulbs right. The Fleshweavers are actually very science-focused and do research by ANY MEANS POSSIBLE, including but not limited to capturing and dissecting other beings...for science! (portal reference go)
and my fingers are literally about to fall off from all the blood details and trying to type about it and stuff BUT IT WAS REALLY WORTH IT.

I didn't quite see the reflection thing at first, but when I saw this piece I was like //nopes out. Definitely don't want to meet that thing in the middle of the night.
