yup yup a wall of a water feature that was suppose to have water cascading down but they never turned the water on

it is a wall. water's suppose to cascade down on it too at that but they never turned the water on to let it run. you know we're lacking in water as it is so best to built water features that never get turned on

we're in a drought too, even if it is raining all the time lately.

They should use recycled water

thank you I might try a darker version with more shadow. feedback on this one was'nt so good in terms of colours tho
