It's quite uncommon to see such macro/close-up of some plants with deep perspective instead of "almost-vertical" shot (I don't know how to precisely describe this in English, hope you understand me

I use a 5D, but the most important to get this effect I think is a wide aperture lens (like 50mm f/1.8 or 1.4). Photoshop for the processing.
