Please can you help me with this question:

On May 4th I found a message:
"*braveheart06 has added Golden Reeds to their favourites. May 4, 2006, 1:33 PM".
I looked at your favourites folder and couldn't find this photo there.

I'm interested to know, is there something wrong with DA or did you just regret making it one of your favs and removed it?

I did add it as a favorite. I don't know what happend to it. If I was to take it off my favorites then it would be taken off of your messages also. I will have to give that a look see. I wish I could help you out. The pictures are beautiful.

I asked about this just because in the dA FAQ someone asked if the deviant is notified about the removal of a favourite from one's collection and the answer was: "No. Deviants are only notified via the message center when a favourite is added to your collection." I think the original message about the addition is not necessarily removed.
Well, it's not so important. I dont't put my photos on display here to "collect favs", but of course it feels good to get positive reactions and I am really very happy about your liking them!

Idid find out that when I zoom in and fav a picture from the larger view it will not show up on my favs and I was looking them from the larger view. I do have them on my favs now but not the snow scene that is your featured one. I faved it today in the large view and it didn't save as a fav. How ever I have set it as my wall paper and it is beautiful. I really do love your pictures.
