Okay so I was bored and decided I wanted to draw but I had the worst case of art block in the world then this came to mind, originally it was meant to be Yellowfang's death, but I wanted it to be an outdoors scene and I loved the angle so I made it the death of an oc of mine named Shadowfall.

Here's the story:

Shadowfall and his apprentice Desertpaw were hunting around Pineclan territory when I dog got loose from it's chain nearby. The dog launched for the cats, after running a great while Shadowfall knew there was no hope and forced Desertpaw up a tree while he faced the attacker. He fought bravely and with all his might in order to protect his apprentice, finally more Pineclan warriors, who had heard the commotion, arrived and managed to drive the dog away, but it was too late and Desertpaw watched her mentor take his last breath. Later that day Desertpaw received her warrior name, Desertfang, which was originally her mentor's choice. That night Desertfang swore she saw a glimpse of her mentor among the stars, happy, healthy, and proud
