The Rangers formed Megazord as Wicked Ivy tried to fight it, but it was too strong for her. When they were about to finish her off, Emily told her dad that if they destroy her, they will destroy the forest. Usually, the monsters they destroy were objects, but Wicked Ivy is technically a living being. So, they used the same spell they used on Mandy when she was a monster and just vanquished the dark energy.

They formed the Mega Sword and finished the plant monster off. Well, more like, they eliminated the bad weed.

This made Meleena very upset as she was about to take revenge on the Rangers. But then she got transported by Lord Eternus...
