I think it's a well drawn art. I like it very much. If one has seen her overall design in the fourth film, it resembles a lot like the very monster she used to fear.

xenomorph (xeno: stranger morphus: shape) is the alien in this case is specific alien of Alien movies, in particular in 4th movie Ripley's blood is half human half alien.
