Busty Bay is a rock and roll kind of woman. She used to graze her knuckles a lot when working on her transportation so she devised these strange knuckle protector masks. They work very well. They also make fun impressions on things if she presses or hits something particularly hard. She's also been known to bust items into pieces with these strange handguards. People comment on them, and want to know why. It makes her happy to know that they puzzle others. Bay takes them wherever she goes. Her hands now feel naked without them. They have become her good luck charm.

The masks tend to be tied to the theater and Bay views herself to have a flair for the dramatic. She set the stage riding a chariot and a lucky mask with lighting. The Transportation is electric; sporting hubless wheels, an excellent sound system, steared with reins and appears to be connected with electricity. It may even be connected by electricity, she will not say. She sports a modest tool belt over the half skirt and a harness to tether her to her craft.

Bay is something of a trickster. She uses foot pedals to unlock her Special Trick. A combination smoke screen and tire tacks. Her vehicle also has modest ramming capabilities with the sharp spikes at the front and back incase someone has the gaul to attack after a smoke screen.
