Looks nice, I would just move the shoulders back a little and bevel some of the edges on the fake leg. It'll keep the edges sharper when adding sub divisions.

Cool model, my only critique is some cage issues, i would recommend try to really stick with quads. It keeps the model easier for deformation and reduces artifacts

THX! I reworked the model before I imported it into Zbrush. Ill be loading Images of the hi res model and the final low poly model with full texture and normal map. I'll defiantly want some feedback on those.

it's some pretty cool stuff dude, how hard is it to work on that 3d studio max? have you ever worked with MAYA?

The difficulty of working in any 3D medium is based entirely on your mindset. If you've worked in Maya then there isn't any dramatic differences as far as the modeling tool. Modeling itself is fairly universal. If your interested in learning 3D Max Google Ben Mathis(don't be diverted by is his web sites bizarre name) he is one of the best max guys I know and offers many great tutorials.
