I finally found time to finish another superhero OC and upload something new. Not 100% set on her outfit design so any feedback would be nice. Here's her bio.

Overview: Maria Santos and her father were arms dealers living in Rio de Janeiro. Though both regularly delved into black markets to acquire high tech components, it was always for a noble cause, namely to equip and train the poorer citizens of Rio to defend themselves from criminals and gangs. Her father taught everything Maria knows about weapon types, constructing/modifying them, and how to use them. Maria also adopted her father's strong philosophy of never shooting to kill, even after he was killed by a notorious crime lord. Arming herself with two handguns of her own design, she tracked down the crime lord and brought him to justice, but not before leaving him horribly maimed. Moments later she ran into K Fusion, Megamorph, and Black Knight who were tracking the same crime lord. Though impressed with her skills, K Fusion and Megamorph were a little hesitant to let Maria join the team given her brutality towards the crime lord. Black knight managed to convince them to let Maria join the team. With a new means of helping citizens, she takes on the name Arsenal and fights for justice, vowing to never kill in honor of her late father.

Personality: Having grown up in a rough environment, Arsenal is street savvy and never afraid to get her hands dirty. She had a close and loving relationship with her father who acted as her mentor and moral guide. This love and respect for her father compiled Arsenal to adopt his strict no-kill policy. However, she often feels the need to make the worst of her opponents suffer by repeatedly firing at non-vital areas, leaving them crippled or even disfigured. This behavior creates some tension between her and her teammates who try to discourage such brutality. Arsenal has developed a close relationship with Black Knight, finding they have several commonalities.

Powers and Abilities: Like Black Knight, Arsenal lacks powers of her own, though she is highly trained in weapon usage and stealthy movement. She's also knowledgeable in weapon construction, creating her signature handguns herself. Collaborating with Black Knight, she upgraded her handguns and equipped herself with extra artillery. Both of Her handguns carry 20 rounds of modified smart bullets* and are equips with retractably bayonets for close combat. Her handguns fold back on her arm mounts when not in use or reloading. Her belt also carries grappling hook launchers on either side (an inspiration from a popular anime). Her shoulder mounted cannons fire powerful energy rounds and move in conjunction with her body to maintain balance. All of her weapons and her belt are equipped with grappling hooks for 3d mobility in cities and forested areas (an inspiration from a popular anime). Arsenal's high tech goggles have multiple visual settings and real time intel gathering software for locating targets and determining the best corse of action.
